We are a 100% Volunteer and self/privately funded Emergency Disaster Response and Search & Rescue Team based in Western Oklahoma.
Swivel Response is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to answering the call when disaster strikes.
Our mission is simple: bring together trained neighbors and community members to provide rapid, professional-quality support in emergencies. From search and rescue operations to disaster response in our towns and counties, Swivel teams stand ready to protect lives and restore hope.
Built on compassion, training, and resilience, we combine the heart of volunteerism with the discipline of modern emergency response. Whether it’s navigating terrain to find the lost, delivering aid after a storm, or supporting first responders during a crisis, Swivel Response exists to bridge the gap—because when our communities need us most, we move as one, and keep moving “until they all come home”.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless otherwise noted.
